Introducing Dr. Don Ragan
Dr. Ragan completed his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) at University of British Columbia. He has been practsing Family Dentistry since graduation in 1974 and enjoys all aspects of General Dentistry. His commitment to attending continuing education courses enable him to provide the ultimate dental care. He completed the U.S.D.I. Orthodontic Program in 1987 and he is past member of the Forensic Dentistry Study Club.

Caring, friendly and efficient are common words that patients use to describe Dr. Ragan. He has a very patient-centered philosophy of dental care. “We like to ensure that our patients have a great experience. We treat them like a member of our family.”

He is especially proud of his professional dental team, that will go to the extra mile to make you feel relaxed and informed.

In his spare time Dr. Ragan enjoys playing golf as well as travelling to sunny destinations and spending time with his family and friends.

Introducing Dr. Erika Komagata

Dr. Erika Komagata has been practising Dentistry for over 20 years. After receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1988 from the Sao Paulo State University, Brazil, she did extensive research and clinical studies in TMJ/EMG at Niigata University, Japan.

Dr. Komagata has been working in Vancouver since 1988 with keen interest in Cosmetic Dentistry. She will listen to your needs, discuss treatment options and provide the best possible alternatives.

She attends continuing education courses every year to keep up with the latest developments in the dental profession. Dr. Komagata is pleased to continue to expend her expertise with focus on Preventative and Restorative Dentistry at Dr. Ragan's office, providing the best dental treatment in a warm caring environment.

Introducing Dr. Ali Mehio
Dr. Mehio takes great satisfaction in helping his clients open up and feel more confident – a reward of this profession that continually renews itself, patient after patient.

Dr. Mehio graduated from the McGill University Faculty of Dentistry in 2002. He went on to complete a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency (AEGD) from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Mehio has completed hundreds of hours in continuing-education and hands-on courses. He is a graduate & Fellow of the Misch Implant Institute as well as Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI).

Dr. Mehio maintains active membership in numerous dental organizations, including:

In his spare time, Dr. Mehio enjoys discovering beautiful British Columbia through jogging, hiking and cycling. He also loves music, theatre, skiing, and enjoying fine food with his friends and family.
